Men’s Programme Lead – Coaching Leadership Role
At Whai Basketball, we’re building more than teams—we’re shaping future leaders, thinkers, and adaptable athletes. We’re looking for a highly capable coach to take on the role of Men’s Programme Lead, providing leadership across our men’s programmes while actively coaching at both community and professional levels.
This is a hands-on coaching role where you will lead from the front—working directly with athletes in our Academy, coaching within our professional teams, and influencing player and coach development across our region.
In this key leadership position, you will:
Hold a significant coaching role within one of our professional teams.
Coach and mentor athletes through our Whai Academy and development programmes.
Support and develop coaches across the wider basketball community in our region.
Create training environments that foster curiosity, creativity, and smart decision-making.
Be passionate about long-term athlete development, focused on growing great players and great people.
Understand that success isn’t built on running plays but on shaping adaptable, thinking athletes who can read and respond to the game in any moment.
